Composition:
One soft capsule contains: vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.7 mg; 80 mg dry hydroalcoholic extract (on a base of anhydrous silicon dioxide and maltodextrin) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), containing a minimum of 0.8% valerenic acid; 3 mg melatonin.
Indications:
Optimal combination of melatonin, standardized natural Valerian extract, and vitamin B6—ingredients that contribute to the induction of restful and physiological sleep.
Usage:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: one capsule per day, in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, elderly individuals may take 2 capsules in the evening. The capsule should be swallowed with an adequate amount of liquid. The product must not be used by individuals allergic to Soy or to any of its other ingredients. Read the package leaflet before use.
