Each sachet contains: 400 mg magnesium (equivalent to 580 mg magnesium oxide and 520 mg magnesium lactate), 80 mg vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), and 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Indications:
MagneFORT B6, orodispersible granules with a higher dose of magnesium that contribute to the proper functioning of the muscular system, the nervous system and which help reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
Magnesium is an indispensable mineral for the life of cells. Approximately half of the magnesium content present in the body is located inside the cells, and the rest is found in the bone tissue, in combination with phosphorus and calcium. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, the process of cell division, normal protein synthesis, electrolyte balance and the maintenance of mental health, the bone system and teeth.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of mental health, normal protein and glycogen metabolism. It also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, the normal functioning of the immune system and the normal formation of red blood cells.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the bone system, ligaments, skin, teeth, blood vessels. It also helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Usage:
Adults and children from 12 years:
Half a sachet or 2/3 of it.
During periods of regular exercise, an unbalanced diet or with a low magnesium content, supplementing the dose to 1 sachet per day is only done with the recommendation of a doctor.
Pour the contents of the sachet into your mouth, let it dissolve slowly and swallow.
