Composition:
Each film-coated tablet contains 500 mg of magnesium oxide (equivalent to 300 mg magnesium) and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Indications:
Magnesium is an indispensable mineral for the life of cells, approximately half of the magnesium content present in the body being located inside the cells. The rest is found in the bone tissue, in combination with calcium and phosphorus. A necessary element for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body, magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular system. It participates in the process of cell division, in the normal synthesis of proteins, in the electrolytic balance and contributes to the maintenance of mental health, of the bone system and teeth. It also contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine, to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and glycogen. It also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Usage:
Adults: 1 film-coated tablet per day. Do not use in individuals with lactose intolerance.
