Composition:
One tablet contains 500 mg of calcium lactate pentahydrate, equivalent to 65 mg of ionic calcium.
Indications:
Calcium is necessary for maintaining bone and teeth health; it contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal neurotransmission, as well as to normal blood clotting. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the muscular system and digestive enzymes, and to the process of cell division and differentiation. Adequate calcium intake is important at all ages, especially during periods of growth, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in the elderly.
Usage:
1-4 tablets/ day, after meals.
