Composition:

One tablet contains: calcium carbonate (equivalent to 334 mg calcium); magnesium hydroxide (equivalent to 134 mg magnesium); zinc gluconate (equivalent to 5 mg zinc).

Indications:

Bioland® Calcium Magnesium Zinc provides a supplemental intake of three essential minerals. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of bone health, while calcium and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the muscular system. Additionally, zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Usage:

For children aged 9 to 18 years: 1 tablet per day.

For adults and children over 18 years of age: 1 tablet twice daily.
