Composition:
1 ml oral solution contains Cholecalciferol 0.45 mg
One drop of solution contains an optimal concentration of 500 IU vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Indications:
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, and to the maintenance of bone and teeth health. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the muscular system and the immune system, as well as to the process of cell division.
Dosage:
Children in the first year of life: 1–2 drops per day (500–1000 IU per day), starting from 1 week of age up to 18 months (for full-term infants, approximately 500 IU per day; in special cases, for example premature infants, 1000 IU per day).
Children aged 1–3 years: 1–2 drops per day.
Children aged 4–12 years: 1 drop per day.
Adults: 1–2 drops per day (500–1000 IU per day); according to the doctor’s recommendation, doses may be increased up to 2–6 drops per day (1000–3000 IU per day).
