Composition:
One soft capsule contains 1000 mg hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa), gelatinous mass (gelatin, purified water, glycerol), 9.11 mg vitamin E (10 mg Dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).
Indications:
Hemp oil is used in food because of the ideal ratio of 3 to 1 between Omega 6 and Omega 3 essential fatty acids.
The hemp oil in one Bioland TriOmega 3-6-9 capsule contains: 555 mg linoleic acid (Omega 6), 25 mg gamma-linolenic acid (Omega 6), 210 mg alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3), 130 mg oleic acid (Omega 9).
The fatty acids in hemp oil are unsaturated fats. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats (oleic acid) contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol concentrations. Since Omega-type unsaturated fatty acids cannot be synthesized by the body, the daily intake comes from food and supplementation.
Linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid also contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects are obtained with a daily consumption of 10 g of linoleic acid and a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 14 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day.
