Presentation:
Box containing one 100 ml amber glass bottle of syrup and a dosing cup graduated from 2.5 ml to 20 ml.
Composition:
One ml of syrup contains ambroxol hydrochloride 3 mg.
Indications:
BIOFLU TUSS JUNIOR is a mucus-clearing medicine used in respiratory tract diseases in adults and children over 1 year of age. BIOFLU TUSS JUNIOR is used in lung and bronchial conditions in which viscous mucus is formed. The viscous mucus becomes more fluid with BIOFLU TUSS JUNIOR and can be eliminated more easily by coughing.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: the recommended dose is 5–7.5 ml of BIOFLU TUSS JUNIOR syrup 3 times daily.
Children aged 6–12 years: the recommended dose is 5 ml of BIOFLU TUSS JUNIOR syrup 2–3 times daily.
Children aged 2–6 years: the recommended dose is 2.5 ml of BIOFLU TUSS JUNIOR syrup 3 times daily.
Children aged 1–2 years: the recommended dose is 2.5 ml of BIOFLU TUSS JUNIOR syrup 2 times daily.
2.5 ml = 7.5 mg ambroxol hydrochloride
5 ml = 15 mg ambroxol hydrochloride
After 2–3 days of treatment, the doses may be reduced by half.
