What should I do to modify in the register of shareholders the name /domicile?
Modifying the identification data for individuals /legal entities
Modifying the identification data of the financial instruments holders is performed at the "Depozitarul Central” office, based on the following documents:
• application for modifying the identification data, signed by the holder of financial instruments or by his representative; Click here to Download!
• copy of the identity card of the holder of financial instruments and/or of the certificate of shareholder, any other supporting document that would support the application to modify the identification data;
• Copy of the Tax Identification Number (TIN), Certificate of Recorded Amendments, Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders and/or any other supporting document that would support the application to modify the identification data;
• proof for payment corresponding to the operation for modifying the identification data for individuals or legal entities.
The request for changing the identification data along with the above mentioned documents may be transmitted to Depozitarul Central:
» through the participants who issue account statements;
» via post with registered letter (with acknowledgement of receipt) at 4-8 Nicolae Titulescu, America House Building, East Wing, 1st floor, Bucharest 1, postal code 011141.
The holders of financial instruments may request the forms for changing the account holders identification data directly from the post-offices of POSTA ROMANA SA; the documents shall be submitted to Depozitarul Central for the registration of the changes.
